5-piece set of early 19th century Wedgwood smear glazed caneware, each piece consisting of a buff stoneware ground with sprigged classical figures and grapes in vivid blue jasper. All pieces with impressed "WEDGWOOD" marks to bottoms. (1): A teapot with Egyptian-revival handle featuring scenes of figures separated by trees. Some surface wear; overall in good condition. 3.5" H x 7.5" across handle to spout. (2): A covered sugar bowl featuring scenes of classical figures. Some discoloration to surface, primarily at interior. Production flaw at one handle, the body with a small surface crack below another. 3.5" H x 4.5" dia. (3): A creamer with Egyptian-revival handle and scenes of classical figures. Small production flaw at spout and areas of discoloration. 2" H x 5" handle to spout. (4): Teacup and saucer with grape design. Both in good condition. Teacup 2.5" H x saucer 5.5" dia.
