Description:

Late 18th century Wedgwood black basalt dip trembleuse lidded cup. The body with applied plants over engine turnings exposing white jasper body underneath, the lid with ribbon garlands and flower bud finial. Impressed "WEDGWOOD" mark to underside of cup. Restorations to finial. 4" H x 4" across overall. The Myra O. Karp Collection.
