Male semi-nude model posed outdoors. Stamped in purple "SERIES 10 NO. 1-27" and "Western Photography Guild BOX 2801, Denver 1, Colorado." to the reverse. Clear sharp silver gelatin print on linen textured heavyweight paper. Circa 1950's. Excellent condition. 8" x 10". Don Whitman established the Western Photography Guild in Denver,1947, and was active until his death in 1998. WPG is now run by Whitman's nephew, Andy Dimler, who works to maintain and preserve the history of his uncle's work.
