Tom Fawkes (b.1941 Oregon) "Porta Medici, Mezzogiorno" LARGE Acrylic on Panel with Low Relief, 1993. Signed and dated on verso. Realistic almost tromp l'oeil artwork depicts a Medici palace doorway in Florence Italy. LARGE panel artwork with dimensionality through applied additional panels for shutters, door mantle, and Medici shield. Panel measures 75.5x48.5" and is up to 3" deep in relief areas (2" at panel). Excellent condition.
