Victorian silver plate rotating mechanical tantalus by Roswell Gleason & Sons, Dorchester, Mass. (active as electroplaters from 1850 to 1871). Original cut to clear bottles (two with small lip chips) and 4 replacement cut crystal cordial glasses (originally with 6 glasses).
