Description:

Paul Storr sterling silver teapot with oval tapered body (6" x 4"). Engraved crest under a coronet to side with some polishing wear. Hinged lid with carved finial. Paul Storr mark to bottom with London hallmarks and date letter for 1795 along with two hand engraved notations. Good condition with expected signs of use wear patina, etc. Small dent to base rim edge near spout, light waves to lid edge, carved wood handle with repaired crack / break. 485 total grams approx. 6 1/4" H x 11" spout to handle.
