Pair of Chinese Porcelain Turquoise Blue Vases. Probably Republic period or slightly later. Matched pair of baluster form with wide-flaring rims, each with incised peonies and stems, covered all over with a rich turquoise blue glaze of subtly varying shades and dense crackle above. Both vases with wear to footrim due to glaze adherence in the kiln; otherwise in very good condition. Measures 8.5" tall each approx.
