Large Etching of Flanders Stoneware including Steins, Jugs, and Inkwell, 1837. Jules Gagniet (1820-1864 France) and Théodore Basset de Jolimont (1787-1854 France). Large etching depicting Flemish stoneware with stein, jugs, and enameled inkwell. Hand colored. Impression measures 17.5x12" on 20.5x13.5" paper. Loose, hinge mounted on matboard with viewing window. Heavy foxing and toning, strong colors, some tears to edges outside plate impression.
