Description:

Early 19th century English Staffordshire jug with resist-decorated silver luster glaze over white ground having Chinoiserie scenes of pagoda within landscape and birds on rockery, with monogram underspout, the jug seemingly dated to 1813. Unmarked. Scratches and wear to luster glaze; handle has previously broken off and been repaired; small restoration to rim. 10" H x 11" across from handle to spout.
