"Zentauren Kampf", 1964. "Classical / Mid Century Modern" style oil painting on Masonite board of two centaurs fighting. Signed lower right. Titled and signed to the reverse along with Sixth Annual Puget Sound Area Exhibition 1964/ Charles and Emma Frye Art Museum entry label. Appears in excellent condition in original custom designed and finished solid mahogany frame. Elshin (1892-1976), born in Russia, was active/ lived in Seattle, Washington. Masonite board 24" x 30". Frame 30.75" x 36.75".
