Vintage rarely available Chesley Williams, Nootka (Nuu-chah-nulth) tribe hand carved Thunderbird and Chet-Woot the bear totem pole. Chesley was one of four children of Sam Williams by his first wife. Sam would remarry and have a son Ray Williams who became a very popular carver. Excellent condition, wings are loose but stays steady, free standing piece, signed on back. 19.25 tall on base, 16.26" wide and 4" deep approx. Carved base is 5.75" x 4".
