Carlo Alberto Petrucci, Italy, (1881-1963) Petrucci began his artistic career as a painter but is best known for his engravings. He served as the director of the National Calcografia, which houses the national print and plate collection of Italy, and wrote the "General Catalogue of engraved prints taken from branches owned by National Calcografia," published in 1953. 5 piece set, each signed on lower right, good conditon, toning with expected age wear, no rips or tears. Sheets measure approximately 9" x 7".
