Attributed to Shona-Hah (Mary Smith, Cherokee / Adopted Kwakiutl) doll depicting a shaman wearing mask and holding a bird effigy dressed in a leather skirt with polychrome whale, cloth gown with bone necklace, and fur overcoat. Carved and painted wood figure. Inscribed "Mariah 1991" in graphite under base. One bone from necklace unattached. Possibly missing animal held in left hand. Figure in overall good condition. 15" H x 7" x 5".
