"A Platt of the Opposite Borders of Scotland to the West Marches of England, Dec. 1590". Circa late 18th C copy of a map from an atlas that belonged to William Cecil Lord Burghley, Elizabeth I's Secrectary of State. James Basire engraver. Fold as issued. Very good condition with light "shadow" ink tranfer from being folded. 10" x 13" approx.
