District Pick-up and Delivery:
We charge a minimal amount for pick-up and delivery. These charges are deducted from your auction proceeds before final settlement. These charges… $115/hr. merely cover our expenses for two movers and a truck. The charged time begins and ends on site with a 1-hour minimum. If we arrange to take other pieces that are not being consigned with us to donate or dispose of we will not charge for additional time or labor, but transfer station fees might be applicable and if so will also be deducted from your proceeds. Please let us know if you require a receipt from the donation or disposal of these pieces.
While picking up or delivering your pieces we cannot be held responsible for damage to additional property. We suggest that items in the area in which our movers will be working be cleared or protected for the pieces’ removal or arrival.
